    New Student Website!
One Password, One Access Point, One System!

If you are a student you can directly link to the new website via the links below. Note that there is only ONE PASSWORD for this website - it is your own personal username and password that I sent you. There are no other passwords. The old system of multiple passwords was phased out in June 2009. Note that you will only use ONE SYSTEM to log in, you will always use that system and you will not switch between systems. If this is your first time logging in, read the instructions below this as to how to choose which system you will be using. You will only need to read the instructions once. After that it will always be the same login information, the same password and this ONE same location you will be accessing from.

    For Members Using System #1

    One Browser Window:
    Log into Your Homeroom Page

    For Students Using System #2

    First Browser Window:
    Log into Your Homeroom Page

    Second Browser Window:
    Avicenna Institute Student Website

    IMPORTANT LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS

If this is your first time logging in you need to figure out which system you are going to use to log in. Some students can use system #1. Other students are unable to use system #1 and thus must use system #2. Once you choose a system your login procedure will ALWAYS be the same and you will ALWAYS have one username and password that works for everything. You only need to read the instructions below the first time you log in. After that you should always use the same log in methods. You will not need to read these instructions more than once. You will always have only one username and password and you will always login from this page. There are no other access points available for login.

SYSTEM #1 : One Website - One Homeroom Page

80% of students can login via their homeroom page. From this homeroom page they can access their files & the new website, To try this method and see if it works for you:

Log into Your Homeroom Page and see all the classes you are registered in. From that one page, and with that one password, you are able to link to and use all your member websites. If you try to link to a page and you are taken back to the main login page continuously then you will need to use system #2.

    System #2

    1. Open two windows in your browser.

    2. In one window log into Your Homeroom Page and see all the classes you are registered in. You will not be able to click to the main websites but you will be able to access all the files you paid for from here. To access you must go to "My Study Groups" on the left hand side of the page. Once your study groups open you need to click on the "Files and Resources" tab to download your files. If you are not a member of a study group all you need to do is click "join study group" on the "My study groups" page and join the months or classes you have paid for. If you are a full student and have paid for all the classes you only need to join ONE study group - choose either "Naturopathic Healing Course or The Medicine of Avicenna. If you signed up for only one or two classes join the study groups for those classes. Your membership will be approved within 12 hours and you will be able to access your files.

    3. In the second window you have opened go to the login page for all students at:
    Avicenna Institute Student Website

Use the SAME username and password you used for the website above. You will now see the member website open in front of you. This website contains all the basics, supplements, videos, MP3s, FAQs, Glossary, and much more.

If you did not receive your invite for the new website please e-mail me and tell me. Do not register at the EOfficeHours site by yourself or your account will not be linked to the Student website.
